Best music distribution 2021 – Why RouteNote is perfect for all

RouteNote Sell your music

RouteNote offers the complete music distribution package that suits independent artists and labels of all sizes.

RouteNote cuts out the high expenses requied by other music distributors, and lack of control with major record labels. RouteNote are open to all artists, regardless of the size of your audience or style of your music. When you choose RouteNote to distribute your music, you have full say over where your music goes and how it is displayed online. Our two pricing tiers are built to suit artists of all sizes. Free Distribution costs nothing, while artists keep 85% of the revenue. Premium Distribution costs a small fee in exchange for 100% of the revenue. These are the only differences between tiers. We don’t restrict any stores, features or our first class support behind a paywall.

Distribution is quick and easy with RouteNote. All you need to do is sign up to RouteNote and create your release. From here you upload the tracks and artwork, input the metadata, and choose exactly which countries, stores, streaming services and social media platforms to distribute to. These include Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, YouTube Content ID, Facebook, Instagram, SoundCloud, TikTok and many more around the world.

Once you’ve finalized your release, it’ll be sent to our moderation team. They’ll take a look over the release to make sure everything’s formatted correctly before sending it on to our partners. This whole process takes around a week or two for most stores. As your release starts picking up download and streams, statistics and revenue will be sent to your RouteNote profile. Earnings can be withdrawn to a PayPal account. Don’t forget to check out our partners over at PUSH.fm for free marketing tools.

Artists and labels need only sign up to RouteNote to get started.
